Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of professionals as Senior Project Manager in Banking sector.
Project:
- Project in Banking sector
- Upgrade existing or create a new version of application with the local vendors
- Different types of IT projects: - SW delivery - HW setup - Special testing (VAPT, performance)
- The goal is to manage this project without having any impact ( or as less as possible) on the existing systems
- 100% remote work is possible
Requested skills:
- A minimum of 5 year experience as IT Project Manager (preferably in banking sector)
- Background in technical projects ( based on software development )
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ALM
- Proven track record of successfully managed projects considering complexity, multicountry and size (budget, FTE, time) aspects
- Very good people management skills, ability to lead PM team
- Solid understanding of IT architectural principles
- Ability to deploy whole well-cooperating teams to big programs (e.g. program manager, medium PMs, PMOs)
- Flexibility to rotate / change resources (e.g. due to insufficient performance)
- Willingness to work overtime and occasionally over the weekends if needed – e.g. support of „go lives , war rooms etc.
- Background in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Exposure to international projects, multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to technical teams ( development, testing, analysis)
- Strong soft skills
- English and Czech / Slovak -professional working proficiency

Salary:
- as employee - monthly minimum gross base starting from 3000€
- as contract (Freelancer) - starting from 230€
